We worked on this home addition for Ronny Slaven in El Segundo. Broke out the Bobcat for some excavation…Got the boys on camera pouring the slab.
Stone and Grass Driveway
A few weeks ago we posted a pool coping that was freshly poured with a stamped deck. Soon after we installed the flagstone driveway and entrance to the home. With the grass filling in the whole image is really taking shape.
Bobcats
Flatwork @ Entry and Pool
This was an extensive remodel in Manhattan Beach where we helped update the home with more modern look. Formed and Poured the front walk with square pads. Poured the deck around the pool and the bench around the fireplace.
Pool Coping
At this home we formed and poured the pool coping with colored concrete. The color turned out a bit dark so we sprayed it with … to tone it down. We also extended the driveway to match the existing. Finished off the new pool deck with a stamp
Caissons in the Malibu Hills
This was a remodel we worked on that needed caissons dug out and installed for an addition. The area was too tight for a drill…so we did it old school. Its amazing what you can do with a guy and bucket! 22 feet deep and about 2 feet wide. Glad to be the supervisor these days.
Firepit and Bench
We formed and poured this firepit and bench in El Segundo. Turned out slick! Installed the stonework as well.
Strand Double Lot
Here is a double lot in South Manhattan Beach. Big lot with tons of frontage on the water, check out the red tubing running between the footings. Thats a lot of radiant heating…
